WATCO: Harry Potter following Dumbledor on preventing "You-Know-Who's" victory.

Audience: Harry Potter

Goal: To get Harry Potter to believe he is the "chosen one" and defeat Lord Voldemort.

How and STAR:
Ethos: Dumbledor is not only one of Harry's closest friends and mentors, but also the Head Master of Hogwarts. Harry already has tremendous respect for him. Also, Dumbledor speaks with exactness, and acts as if Harry has already said yes.

Pathos: Dumbledor uses phrases like, "We Must not fail" to create a sense of urgency in Harry

Typical: It is something any "normal" wizard would understand and follow along.

Accurate: It is always hard to tell how accurate a movie trailer really is. Some cut and paste quotes and phrases that are misleadin to the actual plot and story of the movie. However, from what I remember from the books, it appears to be fairly accurate, and then again, movies sometimes only follow their book loosely(sp).

Effective: It is indeed effective with its use of emotion and position to convince Harry that Voldemort is really a bad guy and needs to be taken out sooner rather than later.
