For the push-up challenge, I did 16 push-ups in Set 5 (7 more than required). That makes me feel real good knowing I did that many more. It excites me to know that even though I did 23 on my original test, I can do 16 on a 5th set. I feel pumped to see how soon I can exceed my initial test. For the Sit-up challenge, I did 20 sit-ups on Set 5 (6 more than required). This makes me feel real good because my initial go, I only did 35. This means that I am already getting closer to exceeding that!I'll begin doing each of these reports everyday. I am rotating which one I do each day, as suggested by the website. I look forward to reporting my progress over the next 6 weeks of this!
I of course have to put a special thank you to www.hundredpushups.com and www.twohundredsitups.com for the work out tips!
