Week 1 Day 3 of Sit-ups

Hello, again. Well, today was awesome first of all. My wife signed me up for a contest from a radio station (106.5), and I got to play musical chairs with 20 some odd other dads. I did not win. However, we did get 4 free passes to Boondocks for the entire day, so we did a lot of stuff with the kids, came home for dinner, and the kids got babysat by their uncle, and we went back to Boondocks from about 7pm until just after 10pm. It was pretty awesomely fun.

Anyways, down to business. Tonight I did all my sets as suggested, and did 24 sit-ups on the final set, that's 4 more than required, AND it's more than I've done to this point on a 5th set. So great day! As always I thank www.twohundredsitups.com for the workout program, and after week 1 I'm looking forward to another 5 weeks to accomplishing my 200 sit-ups!
